The Cinémathèque suisse provides still images and film excerpts at the request of professionals from the fields of media, museums, film production and research.
Still images
The Cinémathèque suisse makes available digital reproductions of items from its Non-Film collection, such as posters or photos. Digitisation on request is also possible for an additional fee.
Excerpts from films
The Cinémathèque suisse is making available excerpts from certain films from its collection that have already been digitised, as well as the Swiss Ciné-Journal, for which it holds the worldwide rights.
Please specify in your request the work or the type of images you are looking for and we will let you know if any material is available.
The digitised film collection is not accessible to the general public, except for the Swiss Ciné-Journal, which can be consulted online, and the films in the distribution catalogue.
